A new study led by Dr. Itza Mendoza-Sanchez, research assistant professor in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health at the Texas A&M University School of Public Health, applied experimental data and mathematical models to understand limitations of biodegradation of toxic pollutants frequently found in contaminated aquifers.
